Ub Iwerks
Ub Iwerks birth name was Ubbe Ert Iwerks. He was born March 24th , 1901 in Kansas City Missouri, USA. He later passed away on July 7th , 1971 in Burbank, California, USA due to a severe heart attack. Ub worked as a commercial artist in Kansas City in 1919 when he then met Walt Disney. Walt Disney and him were in the same profession. Ub worked with Walt when he chose to create an animation company. Ub was hired first then anyone else because he had skills at rapid drawing, along with the fact they were best friends. Ub was the only partner that continued to work with Disney after Charles Mintz attacked Walt's animation studio and stole the rights to the animated character that was called Oswald the Rabbit. Ub was the principle animator for Silly Symphonies and the first Mickey Mouse shorts. It was noticeable in the production of these shorts that Ub was considered the one controlling behind the accomplishments of "Disney Productions".
M.J. Winkler (Margaret)
M.J. Winkler was born April 22nd, 1895, in Hungary and died June 21, 1990 in Mamaroneck, New York. Her spouse was Charles B. Mintz and she was the brother of George Winkler.

Charles Mintz
Charles Mintz was born November 5th, 1889 and died on December 30, 1939. He was an American film producer and distributor. Charles took control over Winkler pictures after marrying M.J Winkler. Charles asked Walt and Ub to create a new animated character because he wasn't happy with the production cost "Alice Comedies", and in result of that Oswald the lucky rabbit was created, being the first animated character for Universal Pictures. When the character was successful Charles hired all of the Disney's animators except Ub because he refused to leave Walt and then took over the production of Oswald cartoons from his Winkler studio.
